Pattex Nural 27 cold welding is a fast and durable solution for metal repair. Ideal for both domestic and professional use, this welding ensures lasting bonds in just 5 minutes. Its advanced formula allows easy repair of cracks and leaks on various metal surfaces.

Cold repair welding, fast (5 minutes), highly resistant, specially formulated to bond and repair metals. Its finish is gray in color. It contains no solvents and does not change volume when hardening. There are 4 minutes available to mix and apply the product and 15 minutes for handling. After 1 hour, it will have reached its maximum hardness, with a strength of 100kg/cm2. It is resistant to shear tension, extreme temperatures, and liquids such as water, oil, and common solvents. It is also resistant to diluted acids and alkalis. Once hardened, it can be sanded, polished, treated, machined, and painted. High-strength welding specially designed to bond and repair metals in just 5 minutes.

  • The surfaces to be joined must be dry and free of dust and grease. They can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone.
  • Sand the surfaces whenever possible. Adhesion on rough surfaces is greater than on smooth surfaces.
  • On a flat surface, measure equal parts by volume (equal length) of A and B.
  • Mix the two components until a uniform color is achieved using a spatula.
  • Apply a thin layer on one of the surfaces and join both.
  • Close the containers well after use and store in a cool, dry place. It is ideal for sealing cracks and leaks in pipes, tanks, and metal parts.
