Shipping Conditions

All confirmed orders are integrated into our system; upon completion of each order, the system automatically sends an email to the address provided by the customer with the order details.

The shipping company will send an email to the recipient with the shipment tracking number.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND/OR NOTIFICATIONS!

If the shipment is not collected by the customer and is returned to our facilities, the shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

The delivery time will be the sum of the estimated delivery time and the interval until the order is processed.

Please note that in some cases, due to the workload of the shipping agencies, delivery times may be flexible. Do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to know the status of your order or need information about its tracking. Likewise, if you need assistance contacting the shipping agencies, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Types of order delivery:

Home delivery

Home shipments have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days from the time they leave the warehouse until they are delivered to the home (these are always estimated times).

Delivery to a pickup point chosen by the customer

Shipments to pickup points usually take 4 to 5 days to be available at the point from the time they leave the warehouse (these are always estimated times and depend on the opening hours of the pickup locations).

Shipments with the Pickup Point option chosen will remain at the selected point for 8 days.

If not collected, they will be returned to our warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS

To find out if your shipping area is eligible, enter your country and locality on the payment page.

The shipping cost is calculated dynamically based on the weight of the items and the destination before payment is made.

We work with various shipping agencies, which may be assigned automatically by the system depending on the weight and shipping area.
