Double stainless steel blade, reference AS00002421, original spare part for the Kenwood CH180 Mini Chopper (also sold as CH180A and CH180B). This is the part that chops food inside the 350 ml bowl: if it loses its edge, bends, or loosens from the shaft, the chopper stops cutting evenly and the 300 W motor runs idle, which accelerates its wear.
