The AS00000214 disc is the original Braun accessory for cutting food into French fries-style strips with the HB 901 stand mixer. It attaches to the processing head and allows you to obtain uniform cuts of potatoes, zucchini or other vegetables without the need for a knife. If the disc deteriorates or loses its edge, the cut will no longer be clean and could damage the motor due to the extra effort.
